About Lymphatic Drainage + Nervous System Reset

Most people initially come to me because they feel like something is “off.”

Their face feels puffy.
Their jaw feels tight.
Their body feels heavy, inflamed or constantly stressed.

Sometimes they’re wanting more sculpting or lift for aesthetic purposes.

So What Is The Lymphatic System?

Your lymphatic system is one of the body’s major drainage and detoxification systems.

It helps move:

through the body.

Unlike your bloodstream, the lymphatic system does not have a pump.

It relies heavily on:
