What Should I Book?
It doesn’t actually matter which treatment you choose.
If you book a Face or Body session, I can incorporate jaw work and all areas of the body you’d like to focus on.
Your first session is about understanding why you’re coming in, what’s happening in your body, and how we can support it.
From there, I create a personalised plan for you.
All you need to do is secure your booking with a $50 deposit, and we’ll take it from there.
Face Session (Recommended Starting Point)
This is the best place to start if you’re unsure.
We work through the face, while also supporting the lymphatic system and nervous system as a whole. Jaw release and light body work can be included depending on what you need.
This is a deeper, more holistic session designed to create real change.
Jaw Treatment (30 Minutes)
A shorter, targeted session focused on jaw tension.
This is ideal if you:
• Grind your teeth
• Wear a night guard
• Hold tension in your jaw, neck, or face
While this treatment doesn’t go as deep into a full nervous system reset, it can help relieve symptoms and gives us a starting point to build a treatment plan if needed.

This isn’t a facial, it’s a reset through your face.
It works with your lymph, fascia, and nervous system to release tension, improve circulation, and restore natural balance. Sculpting + nervous system reset at its finest. If you have jaw tension let me know on the day and I can add the Jaw Tension Release in aswell.
