Why Pick Me?
Where Balance Begins..
In a world full of practitioners, modalities, certifications and quick fixes…
It can be hard to know who to choose.
Here’s what I believe:
You are not your qualification.
And neither am I.
Everything someone has lived shapes how they touch, how they see, how they hold space.
So why pick me?
A little about me in a nutshell.
I’m a mum to three beautiful boys (with only one still at home).
We lived in Australia for 16 years, and health wasn’t a trend in our home, it was a way of life. Mentally. Physically. Spiritually.
That lifestyle led us down many paths and modalities. We explored deeply. We questioned things. We tried things. We grew.
I’ve had twists and turns in business and life.
One major chapter?
Being a shareholder in two natural skincare companies.
The first was when “natural” wasn’t mainstream yet. The mission was simple:
Make natural normal.
The second was about ritual.
About how ritual changes your life.
How habits shape identity.
And somewhere in all of that, I always knew…
It wasn’t what you put on your skin that made you glow.
Glow is a byproduct.
What actually changes a face…
What softens the jaw, lifts the eyes, drains the puffiness, restores the skin tone…
Is a nervous system that feels safe.
Now?
My driving force is calming the nervous system.
Because life is colourful.
Kids.
Work.
Home.
Family.
Friends.
Health.
Money.
We are constantly trying to balance it all.
And the most consistent rhythm underneath all of that is this:
Balance doesn’t come from doing more.
It comes from a nervous system that feels content.
When the body feels calm, it answers differently.
It heals differently.
It drains differently.
It ages differently.
That’s how I treat now.
Not just sculpting.
Not just lymphatic drainage.
Not just face or body.
I work with your system.
Because when your nervous system feels safe and steady.
That’s when you can operate from balance.
That’s when all the colourful parts of life feel held instead of overwhelming.
That’s what makes me different.
Not just technique.
Not just training.
Life lived.
Patterns observed.
Balance understood.
And touch that reflects that.
